Start with a Blueprint. Scale the retainer to match your ambition.
OTTO isn't priced like a one-off project because the work doesn't stop at launch. Every engagement starts with a scoped assessment, then moves into a 12-month retainer sized to how much of your GTM motion you want covered.
Nothing gets built before it's scoped.
Too many AI consultancies shoehorn in new tools without adapting to what's already working. The Blueprint exists so that doesn't happen here.
GTM Agent Blueprint
A full assessment of the tools, workflows, and people you already have, plus a prioritized roadmap of which agents to build first and why. Includes an inventory of anything already running in your stack, the access it holds, and where it's exposed.
One retainer. A team that builds, runs, and governs your agents like infrastructure.
Every tier includes build, weekly tuning, uptime monitoring, incident response, governance and reporting. What changes is how much of your motion gets covered and how fast.

Agent counts are targets set during the Blueprint, not hard caps. What matters more is which parts of your motion get covered and how quickly.

All tiers run on a 12-month term and require a Blueprint first.
The things people actually ask
More in the full FAQ, including security, governance and what happens to your agents if the engagement ends.
Why a 12-month term instead of month-to-month?
Because the work doesn't pay off in 30 days. The first month is deployment. The value compounds in months three through twelve, as agents get tuned against live performance data and the system adapts to how your motion actually changes.
A month-to-month arrangement would let either of us walk away before the work has had time to prove itself, which would push us toward quick wins over the things that actually move revenue. Agent infrastructure that matters to your pipeline deserves a real commitment on both sides.
Is the Blueprint fee refundable, or credited?
Credited, not refunded. The Blueprint is $6,500 one-time, and 50% is credited toward year one if you sign a retainer. The deliverable is yours to keep either way, including if you decide OTTO isn't the right fit and take the roadmap to someone else.
Can I move between tiers?
Yes. Moving up mid-term is straightforward and takes effect the following month. Moving down is reviewed case by case, because the agent count and governance scope in the higher tiers usually can't be unwound cleanly without turning agents off.
What happens if we want out before the 12 months are up?
We look at it case by case rather than enforcing a rigid penalty. If the work isn't landing, we'd rather understand why than hold you to a contract. Whatever gets agreed is confirmed in writing. See the Terms for the formal position.
Are there costs beyond the retainer?
The retainer covers OTTO's work: building, tuning, monitoring, governing and reporting. It does not cover third-party costs you already own or would need to add, such as your CRM seats, enrichment data, sending infrastructure, or model API usage where an agent runs against your own account. Those get identified and estimated during the Blueprint so there are no surprises.
