Agent governance

You have agents running in your GTM stack. Can you name them all? Do you know what data each one can access? Who gets paged when one breaks? If the answer to any of those is "not sure," you have a governance gap.

You have agents. You don't have governance.

Most GTM teams that have deployed AI agents don't have a way to answer basic questions about them. How many are running? What can each one access? Who owns it when something breaks? What happens when an API changes or your process shifts? These aren't hypothetical concerns. They're the questions your compliance team will ask, and the answers are usually "we don't know."

/ 01

No inventory

The first step in governing agents is knowing what's running. Most teams can't produce a complete list, and new agents appear faster than anyone tracks.

/ 02

No access control

Agents inherit whatever permissions the person who built them happened to have. Scoped, least-privilege access is a policy on paper, not a configuration in practice.

/ 03

No audit trail

When an agent writes to your CRM, sends an email, or updates a pipeline stage, there's no log that a compliance review can point to. The action happened. Whether it should have is a different question.

/ 04

No kill switch

If an agent starts doing something wrong, how fast can you stop it? For most teams, the answer involves finding whoever built it and hoping they remember how.

/ 05

No tuning cadence

Agents that worked at launch stop matching your ICP, your pricing, or your process within a quarter. Without a scheduled review cycle, they degrade silently.

/ 06

No incident response

When an agent breaks at 2 AM, who gets paged? For most teams, the answer is nobody, because nobody set up monitoring in the first place.

Governance that comes with the retainer.

OTTO doesn't sell governance as an add-on. It's part of how we operate every agent. Every retainer includes a live inventory, scoped access control, audit logging, uptime monitoring, and a documented incident response process.

What's included

A live agent inventory that shows what's running, what each agent can access, and who owns it. Scoped permissions so every agent runs with least-privilege access rather than inheriting a user's full credential set. An audit trail your compliance team can review. Uptime monitoring with alerting so broken agents get caught by the system, not by a frustrated rep. And a kill switch that works, operated by the team that built the agent and understands what turning it off will affect downstream.

Only 13% of organizations say they feel confident in their agent governance today (Gartner, 2026). OTTO exists to put you in that 13%.
